Why don’t the products I use work?

Mass producer’s of skincare products want to sell you a cream that does everything for your skin, cleanse it, exfoliate it, protect it and remove all skin imperfections.  They do this by throwing every ingredient possible into one pot, which deems the product useless, but allows them to sell you a lie.  Unfortunately, good healthy skin cannot be achieved by using any miracle cream, because there is no such thing.  Good skin can however be easily achieved with the correct know how and the correct products and also a little time and effort on your part.

 

Who are we/what can we offer you

We retail daily skincare maintenance products that work in conjunction with the skin’s natural processes (not against them)

We retail the same professional products that are used by beauty therapists worldwide, to perform your monthly facial.

If we don’t stock it, then you don’t need it.

Our History

Beautyadviceline was set up by Sandra Jones (skincare consultant). Sandra started out in the Beauty Industry in 1994, after initially training as a beauty therapist, she went on to specialise in skincare consultancy.  Not happy to recommend mass produced products to her clients for home use, she started to experiment with ingredients, and after years of testing, she came up with the most unique range of products

Her chosen ingredients were never chosen for economy, but for performance!  Although she says “ some of the best are very economical, the cost of the ingredients is neither here or there, as long as it works for the intended purpose!  My clients that are really concerned about their skins, want High performance, not Low costs, I cut the price of my products by saving on unnecessary packaging, like pretty box’s, that are not only a disaster to the environment, but also cost a lot of money!  And I don’t intend to fool anyone with pretty colours and designs, I make products that work, not one’s that look like they work”.

 

Sandra totally believes that skincare products should always be dispensed from bottles and jars with pump action dispensers, sprays and pipettes. She says “ the hands can be washed several times but still contain some bacteria, putting fingers into creams can contaminate the whole jar of product after one use”

 

All of her products are made with the minimal amount of preservative and emulsifiers where possible; most of the products contain none at all, due to selling direct to the consumer and using vitamin and essential oils as natural preservatives!

 

She advises anyone that use’s moisturisers that contain retinal, acids or vitamin A, to be very wary! From her experience with working direct with the individual, she as noticed a high percentage of photosensitivity (causing redness, thread vein etc) caused by the use of these ingredients!

 

Sandra, then went on to have a family, and had to stop performing facials, so instead, she decided to train her clients how to perform their own facials and provided them with the correct products and machinery, to perform their own monthly facials in the comfort of their own homes.  The training was via booklets and instructions, which worked so well that she decided to offer her services to the worldwide community via the Internet!   She then decided that she needed to convert a lot of technical jargon and put it into layman’s terms, to enable everyone to understand how the skin actually works!

 

Our products

All of our products are made for high performance on the skin, and, are made with the minimal amount of preservative, if any.

Our ingredients in our daily maintenance products are changed every 6 months, this is because the skin can become acclimatised to ingredients (meaning, after 6 months of daily use, your skin becomes immune to ingredients so the product stops being as beneficial as it was when you first used it)

Our products are freshly mixed once your order is received (this makes it unnecessary for added preservatives, larger companies need to add these go give the products a longer shelf life, it can sometimes take up to 6 months for their products to reach your bathroom shelf).

All products are packaged in the most hygienic bottles and jars (direct from our New York suppliers) all come with pump action dispensers and sprays, for the ultimate in hygiene, needed to prevent cross infection.

 

Pretty labelling and boxing is not our business, this would double the RRP price and cause further damage to the environment.

Ella-K skincare For use on skins with sensitivity, thread veins, broken capillaries, spider veins and general skin redness.

 

Grace Back-to-pink skincare For use on skins with fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, brown eye circles, dry skin and grey or yellowish looking skin.
